112 rooms suitable for families and 8 suites. As soon as the guests enter the "Castillo Alcazar", they are taken back in time. All rooms and corridors are desigend in warm yellow and ochre. The suites are named after famous Spanish celebrities and feature an exclusive interior.
The rooms and furnishing are designed in medieval simplicity, combined with modern luxury.

All themed suites and themed rooms are located on the 9th floor in a corridor which is only accessible for guests of our suites.

 

Colombus
Who doesn´t know him? The famous explorer and conqueror Christopher Columbus! A nostalgic wooden door and the medieval wooden ceiling, as well as the terracotta floor give this suite a comfortable ambience. The living room with discreet murals and adventurous illumination, the nautical theme as a recurrent element and a lounge with a blue sofa and checked classical armchairs make this suite unique. In the bedroom an impressive dark wood panelling, combined with blue colours and a huge wooden bed with a blue drapery are waiting for you. Cardinal Mendoza

Do you know who was Cardinal Mendoza? He was the powerful Cardinal Pedro Gonzáles de Mendoza, who also knew Columbus and helped him to get his first audience with Queen Isabella.

A nostalgic dark wooden door and the medieval wooden ceiling, a lounge with a red sofa and elegant striped armchairs, bunk beds as well as the terracotta floor give this suite a comfortable ambience. Individual pieces such as mirrors, antique lamps, angel figurines and a sculpture of Cardinal Mendoza decorate the suite. The bedroom features a beautiful white décor and a red drapery with a golden emblem adorns the headboard. Three luxuriously furnished rooms in maisonette style surrounded by the battlements of the castle (9th floor) are waiting for you. This suite features a spacious living room with a nostalgic wooden ceiling, a lounge with a red sofa and light green, elegant armchairs. Terracotta floors, elaborately designed murals and many details such as a chandelier, candle holders, etc. give this suite a cosy ambience. In the magnificent canopy bed, which is made of wood and decorated with golden ornaments and ruby borders, you will surely sleep like a king or queen.

The separate children's area features a bunk bed and a cosy sitting area with a view of Europa-Park. A spiral staircase takes you to the third room. Several arched windows offer a fascinating view. Medieval lights and red draperies at the headboard give this bed-chamber a very special ambience.
